Booking Information

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before makeup application begins.

Cancellation + Deposit Policy

To protect my time and schedule:
• All bookings require a non-refundable retainer.
• If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
• If you need to reschedule, retainer may be transferred once if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance and the new date is available.
